Use of NovaSocial
NovaSocial helps customers plan, create, schedule, and publish social content. You are responsible for the content you create, upload, schedule, and publish through the service.
Accounts and security
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for ensuring that connected social accounts are authorized for the work you perform.
Connected platforms
Publishing through Meta and other platforms depends on their APIs, permissions, account status, review requirements, and availability. NovaSocial will surface safe errors when platform publishing fails.
Billing
Pricing tiers are published for early customer conversations. Paid billing and subscription management are not active until Stripe billing is launched.
Availability
NovaSocial is provided as an early production service. We work to keep it reliable, but scheduled maintenance, provider outages, or platform API changes may affect availability.
