How NovaSocial handles customer data
Last updated July 9, 2026. This is practical launch-stage policy language and may be reviewed by counsel as the product grows.
Information we collect
NovaSocial collects account details, workspace content, uploaded media metadata, connected social account status, publishing activity, support requests, and lightweight product analytics needed to operate the service.
How we use information
We use this information to authenticate users, manage workspaces, schedule and publish content, troubleshoot publishing failures, respond to demo or support requests, and improve the product.
AI and connected services
When you use AI features, prompts and related workspace context may be sent to AI providers to generate content. When you connect Meta, NovaSocial stores the tokens needed to publish to selected Pages and does not sell that data.
Uploads and media
Media files may be stored with an S3-compatible storage provider. Public media URLs can be used for publishing and display inside NovaSocial.
Analytics
NovaSocial uses basic first-party analytics events such as pageviews, CTA clicks, signup starts, and demo submissions. We do not add invasive third-party ad tracking in this phase.
